Lighting as a Service (LAAS) - 5 simple steps

Consultation

We first evaluate your location and assess your electricity usage and consumption patterns. We then provide an estimate of the potential financial savings and carbon emission reductions achievable through our LED solution. By upgrading to energy-efficient LED lighting, energy savings of up to 70% are possible.

Survey

After we survey your facility, our lighting design team develops a solution to maximise your lighting output and efficiency, as well as your cash flow and carbon potential savings.

Grants

Verde works with you to identify and administer any government grants your facility may be eligible for, helping you successfully secure funding for your energy efficiency upgrades.

Finance

Verde will finance your project through Octopus Energy Generation in a model designed so that your savings equals or exceeds your monthly cost, giving you a positive cash flow.
