Verde Energy Group partnered with Butler Manufacturing to deliver a 25 kWp rooftop solar PV system as part of their long-term sustainability strategy. Installed as a capital investment project, the system was designed to reduce operational energy costs while lowering the company’s carbon footprint. The system now generates clean, renewable electricity on-site, providing 29.1% energy self-sufficiency and avoiding approximately 6,490 kg of CO₂ emissions annually. By producing a significant portion of its electricity demand directly from solar, Butler Manufacturing has reduced reliance on grid power and strengthened its energy resilience. This project demonstrates how even modest-scale solar installations can deliver meaningful financial and environmental returns for manufacturing businesses committed to operating more efficiently and sustainably.
